1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Offers Adda ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users of the app, including users who browse listings and business owners who create listings.

2. About Offers Adda

Offers Adda is a local business and offer discovery platform. It allows:

  • Users to discover nearby businesses and their current offers
  • Business owners to create free listings and publish offers to attract local customers

Offers Adda is a discovery and advertising platform only. We are not involved in any transaction, sale, or service between a user and a business. We do not verify the accuracy of any listing, offer, price, or promotion.

3. Eligibility

To use Offers Adda you must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction
  • Not previously banned from using the app

If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use this app.

4. User Accounts

4.1 You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your account.

4.4 You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

5. Business Listings and Offers

5.1 Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and availability of their listings.

5.2 By creating a listing, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorised representative of the business
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • The offers you publish are genuine and will be honoured to customers who present them
  • You have the right to use any images you upload

5.3 Offers Adda does not guarantee that any offer will be available when a user visits the business. Availability is entirely the responsibility of the business owner.

5.4 Business owners grant the developer of Offers Adda a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their listing content (text, images, offers) within the app to other users for the purpose of discovery. This licence ends when the listing or account is deleted.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Offers Adda to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business listings or offers
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Post content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Post content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload images you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its servers
  • Use automated tools or bots to scrape or interact with the app
  • Post adult content, illegal content, or content that promotes harm

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Offers Adda app, including its design, layout, code, and overall concept, was created and is maintained by the individual developer. While the app is not registered as a company or trademark, the developer retains all rights to the app's original work to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.2 Users and business owners retain full ownership of the content they submit to the app, including business names, descriptions, images, and offer details. By submitting content, you grant the developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app to other users for the purpose of discovery. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account.

7.3 You must not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or any part of it without explicit written permission from the developer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Offers Adda is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any listing, offer, price, or business information is accurate or up to date
  • The app will meet your specific requirements

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from your use of a business or offer found through the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offers Adda and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the app
  • Any transaction or interaction between you and a business found through the app
  • Any inaccuracy in listing or offer information
  • Any unauthorised access to your account

10. Termination

10.1 You may stop using the app at any time and permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data including your profile, saved items, and all business and offer listings you created are deleted instantly upon confirmation. This cannot be reversed. For security reasons, Firebase may require you to sign in again before deletion is processed if you have not signed in recently.

10.2 We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without notice or liability.

10.3 Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
