Offers Adda — Account Deletion Policy

Overview

Offers Adda respects your right to control your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no waiting period.

This policy exists to comply with Google Play's requirement that apps offering account creation must also provide a clear and accessible account deletion option.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Offers Adda app
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. You will see the Delete Account screen — you may optionally select a reason for leaving (this helps us improve the app)
  5. Check the box confirming you understand the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  6. Tap Delete My Account
  7. A final confirmation dialog will appear — tap Yes, Delete Everything to confirm
  8. Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately
  9. You are signed out and returned to the Login screen

The entire process takes approximately 2 to 5 seconds depending on how many listings you have created.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems:

What Is Not Immediately Deleted

Firebase server backupsResidual copies may exist in automated Firebase backups for up to 30 days, after which they are purged automatically by Firebase's backup retention policy. These backups are not accessible to any user and are used only for infrastructure disaster recovery purposes.
Anonymised aggregate analyticsAggregate view and click counts that were previously associated with your listings may remain in anonymised form. These cannot be traced back to you personally in any way.

Important Notes

  • Deletion is immediate and permanent. The moment you tap Yes, Delete Everything and confirm, your account, profile, all business listings, all offer listings, and all saved items are deleted from our database instantly.
  • You cannot cancel a deletion. There is no grace period and no way to recover your account after confirming deletion. Please be certain before proceeding.
  • Your listings are removed immediately. The moment your account is deleted, all your business and offer listings are removed from the app and are no longer visible to any user anywhere in the app.
  • You can create a new account after deletion. Deleting your account does not permanently ban you from Offers Adda. You may sign up again with the same or a different phone number or Google account at any time. A new account will have no connection to your previous account or data.
  • Re-authentication may be required. For your security, Firebase may require you to sign in again before the deletion can be processed if you have not signed in recently. If this occurs, please sign in again and repeat the deletion steps from Profile → Delete Account.

Alternative: Delete via Email

If you are unable to delete your account from within the app (for example, if you no longer have access to your registered phone number or Google account), you can request manual deletion by emailing us directly:

Please include enough information to identify your account (your registered phone number or email address). We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
